De-Duplicate |
The following window is displayed when you select the De-Duplicate button in the Maintain Areas, Customer Teams, Customer Groups or Dealers windows. This window provides a method of deleting LookUp codes and re-assigning the Customer records that use them to another code. This is in contrast to the Remove Deleted Records option in the Maint Menu which will delete the codes, and all references to them, without re-assigning them. The picture shown is the one displayed for Areas. For the other two types of LookUp Code the operation is exactly the same. |
Current Code |
The code that is to be deleted. |
Replacement Code |
Select the code to replace the current code from the list box. |
Delete & Replace |
Delete the current code and re-assigns all customer records with that code to the replacement code. |
Cancel |
Aborts the operation without any deletion or replacement. |
