Dealer Maintenance

The following window is displayed when you select Personnel - Dealers from the Maint Menu.


A/D

Select the Area Distributor that the Dealer is assigned to

Team Leader

Select the Team Leader that the Dealer is assigned to

Address etc.

Enter the appropriate name and address details for the Dealer.

Active

If checked then the Dealer is active and included in reports.

Start Date

The date the Dealer started.

Qual Date

The date the Dealer qualified from Starter to normal Dealer commissions.
This may be set automatically during the Dealer commission calculations (during printing of Dealer Commission reports if Auto Rate Select is checked).

Comm Rate

The commission rate to be applied to the Dealer (Not applicable if Auto Rate Select is checked).

Auto Rate Select

If checked then the commission rate is automatically selected based on the number of sales made in a calendar month.

Management

If checked the Dealer is categorised as Management in the Points Percentage report.

This button displays the De-Duplication Dialog.
The Dialog allows you to delete this Dealer and re-assign all machine records with this Dealer to another.

If this is visible then the record has been marked for deletion and will not be available after the next removal of deleted records action.
(The 'Remove Deleted Records' function can be found in the maintenance menu.)
