System Overview

1stBase is a Management Information application designed specifically for Kirby Distributors and Service Centres.

The system allows detailed information to be stored for customers and machines.

Multiple search criteria allow you to find your customers easily.

1stBase provides a variety of print functions including customer letters, labels and reports (with extensive selection criteria) together with Company and Dealer performance analysis.

Additionally a 'Canvassing' function allows browsing of customer records within user selected criteria.

The system is presented as an MDI* interface. All windows have similar basic navigation methods together with their menu options.

Additionally the Toolbar provides quick access to the major functions.


*Multiple Document Interface: You can have more than one window open at a time and they interact (e.g. Adding a LookUp code under Maintenance makes it immediately available in the Customer Record).
